Cjewy is the worst for prescription medicine. There was a mishap with the dosage chewy sent my vet so my vet denied the order. Instead of notifying me about that Chewy just let it go until I called them to follow-up on my order. This resulted.in my sickness going 2 additional days without their medicine! YOU SUCK CHEWY. If i could afford to get the medicine for my 3 rescue dogs from the vet I would but I guess I have to sacrifice competency for low prices
Waiting for Federal Express to pick up 2 boxes of food (50 pounds and 17 pounds) that were left on and in the street instead of being delivered up my driveway to the front door. Chewy advertises front door delivery and the labels are marked front door. A previous delivery was stolen because of being left in the street. Each time I call, the representative says I will hear back from a supervisor after they speak the Federal Express. I've never received a call. Now they can pay to have it shipped back and restocked. When it gets costly, maybe they'll revise their policy and actually contact Federal Express. I will no longer purchase from them. A $1000+ a year customer is apparently not worth it to them.

Chewy saved me and my furry friends during Covid! They seem to be always in stock and ship quickly, even at the height of covid it was only a day or two delay. Prices are good - same or lower than the retailers. Their customer service is great, my cousin received a small oil painting of her dog (done from the photo you submit on profile) after a mistake was made on her order!
Every online retailer should note Chewy's customer service. Every time I've encountered an issue (whether it was my fault or theirs) they handle it with expedience and care. I wish all shopping was this good.
I have ordered from chewy and made one special request and instruction that I needed the package to be put inside the gate house for delivery. We have a private secured driveway with a private security gate and a gatehouse outside the gate so that packages can be delivered securely. I instructed chewy multiple times about putting the package in the gate house. They use FedEx to deliver and no one puts it in the gate house. They leave the package on the driveway someone drives by and steals it I contact them and tell them the instructions clearly stated that it needs to be put in the gate house. They take no responsibility for this. They suggest I contact FedEx and tell FedEx the instructions. However when you contact FedEx they don't let you give instructions for chewy packages. Those instructions have to come from chewy. The delivery guy throws the package over the fence over the gate onto the driveway. You open the package all of your liquids are exploded inside the box. When to his left there is a gate house a small building with a door a door knob you open it and you put the package in the gate house The instructions are very clear however these people are so stupid they won't contact FedEx and give them the instructions they received on their website in writing from my own person. When I contact you about this problem they take no responsibility for it and want me to instruct FedEx FedEx does not take my instruction this is what's called a continuous circle of irresponsibility. So unless you live in the city and can have the package put right in front of your ring doorbell do not order from these donkeys. It only works if you live in the city. The part that makes me the most upset is their lack of responsibility for making sure the instructions to the delivery company are good. After you contact them and point out their stupidity then they decide that we deleted your account. So if you don't let them deliver the way they want to they don't want your business. There are other places online you can get things for your animals. I recommend anyone but chewy.
My dog Gordo is part Chihuahua and part Corgi his problem is his little chicken legs are the Chihuahua part besides his face and his body is the Corgi leaving a lot of weight on his little legs and joints he has had trouble for the last maybe two and a half years coming up and down the steps he just seems to be stiff when he gets up off his little bed and I know what it's like I'm 56 so hopefully these are going to work out he's only been on them three days but he really enjoys them the quality the smell everything seems so up there so thank you I appreciate getting something good for my money finally I'd say that the zesty paws are awesome
Have shopped at and auto filled from Chewy.com for 4 years plus. This last last I’ve had a hit or miss service.
We ordered meds for my senior dog to deliver to an air bnb, Chewy.com emailed to advise us it wouldn’t be delivered because there was a problem with address.
But continued to charge us for it.
Followed up, they just claimed it was delivered.
The next time they we’re careless was when they delivered an empty box! It was not damaged or resealed. They failed to pack it.
Reported, and they did what they are good at. Ignore you until you stop following up.
This third time the delivery didn’t turn up, not even an empty box. Reported, and all they reply with is “it was delivered”
We are stuck without the meds for my senior dog and we are out of pocket again.
Don’t let their marketing fool you. They do care about their customers or our pets.
Be prepared when something goes wrong, they will ignore you until you give up.
I will no longer shop with them. I’m done.
Chewy is Awesome!
I’ve always had a great experience with chewy. They are very timely and responsive anytime I need anything. I’m always pleased with the quality of products and I absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

After the recent loss my cat, I called Chewy to cancel my auto ships. The following day I received roses and a sympathy note. I cannot express in words what that meant to me.
Chewy truley cares about their customers.
Love Chewy. Everything is always shipped quickly, arrives on time and any incidents are always fixed immediately and without question. Also wonderful to call with questions and actually get someone you can understand on the phone !
Chewy offers great pricing, fast shipping and the best customer service out there! Chewy has been my "go to" for pet supplies for about a year now.
As long as you order straight forward pet food, their service is timely. However I recently had terrible experiences ordering the veterinary cat food which required the prescription. It started the system didn’t allow me to upload the prescription as I was requested. The system glitch was never corrected. When I emailed the prescription multiple times, there were so many customer services involved and told me all different stories. At the end, I was denied the service without any explanations.
The experience was bitter and frustrating, and total waste of time. It was a disaster.

Ever thought of reading the FAQ posted on EVERY SINGLE COMPANIES WEBSITE to answer your own questions? Companies post these FAQ's for a reason. Too bad people are too lazy to read them. Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
